Mobile Barriers LLC is a Colorado limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of IWAPI Inc.  IWAPI Inc. is a Delaware corporation with principal offices in Denver, Colorado.  IWAPI was organized January 2000 and primarily works with State DOTs and other agencies, providing various products and services including its patented smart modem devices for roadside and vehicular applications (see www.iwapi.com ).  Mobile Barriers LLC was specially formed in April 2007 to manufacture and sell the Mobile Barriers Trailer.  The initial model is known as MBT-1.
